MEET YOUR FOUNDER
‘From a young age, movement has always been at the heart of my life. I trained professionally in Dance and Musical Theatre, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, performance and the power of movement.
Throughout my training, I discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with it’s ability to build strength, improve control and create a deeper connection with the body. As I navigated the ever-changing nature of the performing arts industry, I found myself drawn towards something I was equally passionate about - Pilates.
After several years of teaching and sharing that passion with others. I knew it was time to take the next step. Eve Studios was born from a desire to create a space where movement, strength and community come together.’ - Sienna-Eve Sgoluppi

Eve Studios was created with a vision to bring people together through movement. We believe movement is about more than just a workout. It’s about feeling strong, confident and connected to your body and mind.
We wanted to build a space where people move, connect and feel part of community. Whether you come to challenge yourself, take time for yourself or simply be part of something, everyone is welcome here.

Our instructors bring a wealth of experience, passion and personality to every class. Each one is dedicated to creating an uplifting, welcoming environment where you can move, feel stronger and leave feeling your best.
With a mix of backgrounds across, Pilates, dance, fitness and movement, our team brings their own unique style and expertise to the studio.
